The subjects indicated in Article 4 of the Regulation are exempt from paying the tax:
> those registered in the registry of residents of the Municipality of Budoni;
> minors up to the age of 12;
> those who care for patients admitted to local health facilities and those who have to undergo therapy at health facilities located in the municipal area;
> persons staying in accommodation facilities following measures adopted by public authorities, to deal with emergency situations resulting from disasters or events of an extraordinary nature or for humanitarian aid purposes;
> bus drivers and tour leaders who provide assistance to organized groups of tourists. The exemption applies to each bus driver and one accompanying person for every twenty-five participants;
> the staff employed in the management of the accommodation facility who work there.
The application of the exemption referred to in the previous paragraph is subject to the issuing to the manager of the accommodation facility, by the interested party, of a declaration, made on the basis of the provisions referred to in articles no. 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree no. 445/2000 and subsequent amendments
