Information on the processing of personal data Articles 13 and 14 EU Reg. No. 2016/679 (“GDPR”)

Types of data processed.

(ii) Ask the data controller to obtain their personal data in a format that is commonly used and readable by IT devices, also in order to transmit the data to another data controller.
(iii) Revoke the consent to the processing at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
(iv) Submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
